No More Filing Paper Logs
Because RapidLog acquires copies of your logs during normal processing, these
electronic photocopies can be stored on your computer. No more papercuts
from filing paper logs, and no rummaging around everytime you need to see
a log.
Retrieving a copy of the original is as easy as moving to the driver and date
in question, and clicking the "Image" tab.
You can also quickly print a range of logs for any driver.
You can make backups of your entire inventory of paper logs in a matter
of minutes. Or if you don't want to bother with electronic backups, just
store your logs in boxes or sacks by month (don't even bother sorting them),
and then dispose of them once they're old enough that continued storage
is not required. That way the paper logs serve as your "disaster recovery"
copy.
