Prevent Violations

days or weeks later. Drivers can optionally preplan trips, track hours,
and make adjustments before violations occur in real-time.
Drivers can either print logs using an in-cab printer, or continue to
handwrite their logs. It's a great tool for improving your carrier
profile, whether you focus on problem drivers or your whole fleet.
No Data Entry for the Carrier
Log data can be sent automatically to your RapidLog system, meaning
there is NO data entry required! Get perfect data every time, and
far fewer "lost" or "misrouted" logs.

Need Audit-Resistant Paper Logs?
For far less commitment than jumping to EOBR, you can add a GPS "puck"
(or our Eclipse GPS+EOBR device that can switch to EOBR at any
time) to the laptop. Drivers can
fill out their location at each change-of-duty with a single click, and those
points are read from GPS satellites, so there's no fudging locations.
You can take it one level further and import the GPS data into RapidLog
to verify that when the truck is moving, the driver is logging driving time.
Finally you can find your falsified logs completely automatically to
improve your CSA 2010 scores and ranking and drastically reduce
your risk of failing any falsification audits (from Qualcomm, CSA,
fuel, toll-ticket or other external documentation).
