Notification Letters That Do More

No one else has RapidLog's Smart Letters™. Smart Letters automatically print violations for all new or revised logs entered into the system. So if one driver turns in two months of logs, his next letter covers two months, while another driver that turned in only three logs will get a letter covering those three logs.

If a log causes an old letter to be modified (like when a driver turns in a missing log from a prior notification letter) a revised letter automatically reprints. However, if the new logs don't alter an existing letter, nothing reprints! This turns a paper management nightmare into a simple procedure: just replace old letters with the new letter if (and only if) it reprints.

RapidLog's notification letters to do more than "beat your drivers over the head" with bad news about their violations:

  • Welcome new drivers
  • Show what violations were found and congratulate drivers who remain violation-free
  • Wish drivers a happy birthday or thank them for their faithfulness on their anniversary with your company
