Important Notices

  1. Fax and email support, being free, do NOT have guaranteed response times, and are not recommeneded for time-critical issues. We do usually reply within two business days.
  2. We can answer auditing and violation questions at no charge by fax or email ONLY if you supply contact information for a governmental representative that believes an error has been found in RapidLog's audit. All other questions about auditing and violations can only be done via phone support.
  3. Faxes and emails asking us to call you by phone are subject to our standard rates for phone support.

Getting Support

Please include ALL of the following:

  • Your name
  • Phone (in case of problem with email or fax response)
  • Fax number (for fax support only)
  • Serial number if known, OR your company name, city and state
  • Detailed problem description. Help us resolve your problem with our FIRST response! Include ALL relevant details, EXACT error messages, patterns noticed, etc.
