You can search for solution documents in our library. Search for the key
(most important) words only.

Start with fewer words first
Add more words only if you get too many matching documents. For example,
Violation List Report Doesn't Print On My Laser Printer is a
BAD search phrase. Few, if any, documents have all these words listed as
key words.
A better search phrase would be VIOLATION LIST. Avoid
the words "broken",
"problem", "trouble", "doesn't work", etc.;
most solution documents are assumed to be about problems or things not working!
Start with broader terms first
Start with more broad terms first, and use more narrow concepts only if you get
too many results. For example, it's better to start with Printer
because that is more broad than Laser Printer.
