The following changes, fixes, and modifications are included in the 07/31/2017 Build of RapidLog.
- Fixed issue with Local jurisdiction not ignoring Break requirement.
- Added Simi-Automatic violation when changing some Canadian jurisdictions that have mandatory rest requirements before a change can occur.
- Enlarged driver id and alternate id fields to allow 15 characters.
- Fixed timezone issue with checkpoint seek.
