Log Meter is Low


How to Fix Error: Log Meter is Low


  1. Open up a Support Request
  2. After you have placed a support request a technician will grant you an unlock.
  3. After you have received an email or have started a live chat open RapidLog.
  4. Click on the License Button on the left.
    • Note – If you don’t see the “License” button close out of RapidLog and open it again.
  5. After you open the license manager click on the Authorize Button.
  6. After that click on the Ok button after you get the Authorization successful message.
