How to Fix Error: Log Meter is Low
- Open up a Support Request
- After you have placed a support request a technician will grant you an unlock.
- After you have received an email or have started a live chat open RapidLog.
- Click on the License Button on the left.
- Note – If you don’t see the “License” button close out of RapidLog and open it again.
- After you open the license manager click on the Authorize Button.
- After that click on the Ok button after you get the Authorization successful message.
